Stock Items
All orders for items that are in stock are sent through a private express courier company.
We guarantee the delivery of your order within 24 hours* within the peninsular territory (except the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands). For international and national deliveries in the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the delivery time will vary between 3 and 10 working days depending on destination.
Items out of Stock/On Order
Delivery times will be counted from the moment our administration department has bank confirmation of payment for the order (Only in the case of payment by bank transfer or Paypal). At all times we will keep you informed of the status of your order by email.
For items out of stock and on order, the estimated delivery time is specified for each item. If nothing is specified in the item sheet, the delivery time will range between 3 and 4 weeks.
If you do not receive the order within the agreed time, please contact us so that we can resolve any possible incident in the shortest possible time.
For international and national purchases in Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, customs and tariff expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
